SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE, please…. Drove here from Bel Air. Looks so nice. Would love to tell you how great the food was, or how luscious the desserts were, or how amazing the drinks tasted… But sadly all I can tell you is they must not want or need business. We went in around 8:30pm last night, a Sunday (maybe that was our mistake) the hostess was pleasant enough. We asked about seating in the bar, seat yourself, then she went back to her phone. Perfect. We found a good table, not too crowded, and sat and sat and sat, hubby used the facilities, came back to the table and sat some more. We waited about 15-20 minutes total, not a single server approached us at our table or checked on any of the tables surrounding us. They were all gathered at a high top in the back, rolling utensils, laughing, and talking, playing on their phones completely ignoring their current customers while preparing for the mad rush they apparently were expecting Monday? We left. No food, no service, no kiss my a**. We were so excited to try this place, that won’t be happening. Sad really.

Okay-ish. They have decent happy hour deals but the service is meh. The food is just okay. Good place to go if you just want some beers and appetizers.

Disappointed. This is for the Cockeysville location. I live nearby and was looking forward to taking my husband there for his birthday. Crabcakes were good. Service was awful. First dropped a glass of water one of us. Forgot my order, wrong order for my husband. Finally Reuben came with roast beef instead of corned beef???? Waitress kept disappearing and not coming back for the longest time while my son had ice water soaking into his clothes and we were waiting for food, condiments, etc. The manager apologized and took a little off the bill but not enough to make us want to go back. Considering the prices and the hype, very disappointing end to what I hoped would be a nice birthday lunch. My advice, go to the Corned Beef factory for your Reuben or try the Vietnamese place!! They are both much better.

Pricey. My young adult son wanted to take me to dinner for my birthday. We made a reservation because we heard how crowded it had been since it opened in Cockeysville recently. Unfortunately, we did not know how pricey it was. Minimum entree order is $19.99. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. Can’t say I liked or disliked it, but if you are on a budget, this is not the place for you.

Long Term Customer Of Parkville Restaurant, Not Pleased With Sports Bar. My entire family have been frequenting the Pappas Parkville location up until about a year ago. I noticed the quality of food was diminishing & we stopped dining there. My wife read about their new location in Cockeysville in the Baltimore Magazine & we decided to give them a try again. The service was excellent as always, but I was not please with the fact that the bar didn’t have my 1st choice,or 2nd coice of vodka for my martini. They offered me Grey Goose, but didn’t offer it to me for the same price as my usual choice, which I thought to be a little outside the customer service which should have been offered. My $11.00 bacon cheeseburger was a preformed piece of burger that was tasteless & a small portion. I’ve gotten better burgers in a bowling alley. On the upside,…. my wifes crab meat cocktail was very good. All backfin lump crabmeat. My daughter was happy with her crab dip & the fried mozzarella .My granddaughter loved her crab imperial & Ceasar salad.
