This has to be my ideal pizzeria. My wife and I come here periodically to indulge in Frank’s lovingly hand-crafted pies, which are probably as good as any I’ve ever eaten, whether in Italy or the States. They just don’t get any better!
High End Pizza. I would consider this my ideal pizza place. Pretty much all they do is pizza, and they do it well. I also commend their efforts to do as much as possible themselves. They don’t stock the high fructose big industry soft drinks, but instead they make their own sodas. They even cure some of their own meats! I ordered take out at 6:30 PM on a Friday night and my two pizzas were hot and in the boxes in 5-10 minutes. Although I didn’t dine-in, the atmosphere looks very charming with a beautiful brick/cob wood-fired oven as the centerpiece. The pizzas were absolutely mouthwatering delicious with a perfectly charred and chewy crust. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the pizza chains to enjoy high quality pizza.
