The price versus quality of food is very poor. It’s not quite authentic French food. The presentation and combination of food items is non-sophisticated and tastes very bland. If you’re looking for an expensive atmosphere with poor cuisine, this place is for you. If you’re a foodie and looking for great taste and real French food, I would look elsewhere.
K Town Bisto a hidden secret. I cannot say enough about this restaurant, wonderful food, service and atmosphere.
Great Dining Experience. My wife and I have eaten here about 10 times now for lunch and dinner and we always enjoy it. You can easily be heard above the soft music and the staff is very attentive. The food is incredible for Kensington — try the oysters and the desserts. The owner is former headwaiter at The Watergate restaurant. We highly recommend KTown Bistro.
The food is excellent!. K Town Bistro is a small, intimate restaurant were you can actually have a conversation with your table mates and hear one another. I have been to K Town Bistro numerous times and have never been disappointed. In fact, I recently hosted my mother’s 90th birthday party there and every single person, including the teenagers, was very pleased with their meals. The staff is always friendly, gracious, and ready to accommodate and request. There is ample free parking in the area.
Delicious – a jewel.
A new restaurant in Kensington!. Right on Howard Avenue below the Safeway. Been there twice now, not a large place but it’s not easy to park in Kensington anyway. Owner is very active and attentive, not a large menu but this is good – they are focused on getting things right and they do. Specials have been good, they do a good job with seafood.
