Haven’t gotten food yet, bad service. I just placed my first order with this restaurant and I’m praying the food is good because their customer service is absolutely terrible. The man on the phone picked up, and then in the middle of my sentence (this happened not once but three times during the call) asked me to hold on – mind you, MID-SENTENCE (could have waited) to pick up another line, then his cell phone, then another line again. He also rushed me off the phone and wasn’t even going to mention the total until I said something – let’s hope the food is delicious.
