Honey Ginger chicken and shrimp. Chicken was dried out and not tasty at all. The shrimp was fresh out of the freezer. No big deal for this meal.…

Beautiful restaurant! The food was delicious and the drinks were superb. Yes it is pricey, but worth it. Tuesdays they have beers for 2.50 if you want to try their craft beers.
I luv garlic, especially on their fries!!
New York Strip Fail. I tried the New York Strip sandwich. I asked for it to be cooked medium well and it came back medium. The waitress was very polite and said she’d ask for another to be made. Seems like the kitchen felt slighted by the request. The remade sandwich came back with a very well done and fattier piece of meat. I explained this to the waitress, but by then, the friends I was with were already done their meal, so I didn’t send it back a second time. There wasn’t any additional follow up on the part of the waitress even after explaining. In fact, she said something to the effect, that she hoped we enjoyed our meal and to have a nice day. Guess I’ll stick to beer and fries if I ever go back.
Loved the ambiance. I went to Gordon Biersch yesterday after I saw The Avengers … I loved the atmosphere, however the food was mediocre compared to the ambiance that surrounded it.I ordered the Grilled Chicken with roasted veggies. The chicken and veggies were presented to me hidden under a mound of arugula. I was almost afraid to remove the greens. I took a deep breath and removed them, then rearranged the food on my plate so it would make a decent picture. The chicken had perfect grill marks on it, however it was missing one thing … flavor. It was right in between juicy and dry. If it sat in the passby window for one smidgen longer I would have needed a huge glass of water to wash it down.My BF ordered the crab cake sandwich. He said it was pretty good and filling. We ordered the crab and artichoke dip as an appetizer. I thought it was pretty good. My BF said he liked the dip at Copper Canyon better and there was no comparison. He went on to say the crab dip tasted like something pre-made from a can and heated up with each order. The Peach Tea was delish. I will warn you that it is unsweetened. Nothing a pack of sugar could not handle. I have southern roots and love sweet tea.The dessert tasters were pretty tasty. We ordered the brownie mousse, strawberry cheesecake and apple bread pudding. The bread pudding was warm and delicious. The cheesecake tasted like store bought cheesecake and the mousse was okay.I would go back to try other courses on their menu.I’m not a fan of beer, however the next time I go back I want to try the beer sampler.
Consistent food. Try the garlic fries…wow
Good Beer and Good Food. I like the NY Strip steak sandwich. A nice prtion of unsliced, grilled NY Strip steak on a crusty baguette with garlic olio & crispy fried onions. Match that with a Pilsner and you will go straight home for a nice nap.
It’s All About the Brew!!!…………… For those people who complain about the food……HELLO! – it’s a brewery first. The beer was excellent. I really enjoyed the Marzen and sampled the Winter-Bock. Seeing as how I went for the beer first, the only logical food choice was none other than pizza. I had the Sausage & Pepperoni and it was deliciious. It was comparable to a micro-brewery near my home and had the wood-fired flavor. Chris my server was attentive and always came by at the right time. I will be back the next time I’m in town.
