Do not eat here. Very rude.. My party of six and I had been waiting for a table for a half hour when another large party waltzes into the restaurant and is seated immediately at the table we had thought was being cleared for us. The explanation we received from the most unhelpful hostess? They were a big party. Right. They had seven, we had six. Meanwhile, when we came into the restaurant, we noticed a party of *three* seated at one of the large round tables for parties greater than four. Of course, we left.I don’t care how good the food is. There are plenty of excellent Chinese and pan-Asian restaurants with much friendlier staff that are a stone’s throw from this one. My family and I will never return to Mama Wok and Teriyaki, and we will urge our friends not to go there.
I had a delicious eggplant with basil dish. Beautifully prepared and tasty with lots of garlic in a brown sauce. I added hot chilies and some shredded ginger at my table- so delicious.
