Not recommended…….Worst food ever….. and worst Biriyani…….what a shame for special Hyderabadi Biriyani………It doesnt worth a single star as well, on 4/23/2019 we went to Minerva for dinner with family, Manager was so rude and they have no respect or even humanity towards customers. We have ordered Hyderabadi Biriyani and they ended up serving curried rice and spoonfull of white rice covered on top and such a shame for claiming it Hyderabadi Biriyani. Chef was busy f with orders for a restaurant which just had one family and asking many times to call their chef or manager finally THE MANAGER showed up with a frustration and not even acknowledging and apologizing for tricking us on Biriyani they served. and he is so rude saying that was a Mumbai style Biriyani. So none of their menu shows that they serve Mumbai style biriyani and then pushing the blame on waiter who took the order in his perception took incorrectly. Pity on the waiter. when asked if he knows what Hyderabadi Biriyani is and why they served warmed leftover food…. he is pissed off and asked to leave the restaurant threatening for the video we recorded on his arrogant responses….. I have never had such an experience anywhere else and they dont even feel sorry for what they have done with our order. We had to walkout with such an unpleasant experience and paying full bill for the worst food ever…..Medium spicy chicken 65 ended up with spicy chicken 65Highly not recommend…….Customers Better be aware…..

When we asked waiter to speak to chef or manager, they did not even care about what we are saying. Keep claiming it is a dum biryani.It is a worst food we ever had, we had to keep kids starving. No one could eat the food and we all came by starving. See the pictures for the food what we had left out there and paid for it.I have recorded all the conversations and restaurant manger came and started threatening me that, it will not be good to me if I post the recoding anywhere.Worst place for Andhra food.
