Restaurant Gem!. Trapezaria deserves more than 5 STARS. This restaurant is a true GEM. They have totally nailed the definition of PERFECTION. As we walked in we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter, George, did an exceptional job and was literally at our service. Our meal started with a warm serving of pita bread accompanied by hummus (which was markedly tasty), olives, and rich olive oil. Needless to say, this was all COMPLIMENTARY. Just when we thought this was delicious, out came the entree. The Htapodi Skaras, i.e., the grilled octopus, is AMAZING. This is a must have dish. To top it all off, you bet our dining experience ended on a sweet note with the dessert which left us craving for more. We got some to go too!We had an opportunity to meet the chef and speak to Billy, the co-owner. They added such a personal touch to our experience. There is no doubt that Trapezaria strives for providing authentic Greek cuisine topped off with remarkable customer service. Oh have to mention that they also have free parking too! To all who served us at Trapezaria you added a wonderful experience for me and my husband. It is forever etched in our memories. Thank you for making our night an UNFORGETTABLE experience. We will be back to try the rock fish!
