This is an updated review. My previous rating was 2.5, now it is 4.5. The service has improved dramatically. The staff is very attentive to customers. The food is prepared in a timely manner. Most of the staff delivers orders directly to customers, there are a few lazy ones that just call out a name and stay behind the counter. On multiple visits they have not prepared regular unsweetened tea, waiting to brew it only if ordered. The food is prepared as expected, served at proper temperatures. The restaurant is kept clean. The drink area is cramped and can be difficult to use when the location is busy.
