I have eaten at Johnny Boy’s for many years and thought their ribs were the best I ever had. However, my 8/15 visit was very disappointing. The sauce was different (worse) and in different containers. The ribs were not completely done and had an unpleasant rub that overpowered any wood flavor the ribs normally pick up. Everything smacked of different recipes and cooks–no longer a good rib place if this is the new norm.
