Wow. First off the flounder was cooked perfectly and fresh. Even though all the food is served off a line excluding the fish, all the vegetables where perfect. Fresh, bright and crisp; not one thing was even close to being overlooked and just flavorful. All the staff was flat out friendly and knew a lot of the regulars by name. Place is clean and packed with locals at the bar.
The best seafood we have had in ages! Husband had the grilled tilapia and I had the popcorn shrimp, both were outstanding! Not sure if it was the owner or manager but he asked if it was our first visit and when he found out yes, he brought over some of their jumbo butterfly shrimp for us! The were awesome too!! Definitely will return often! Light bright clean busy restaurant is inviting!
Fish is my draw. This is a go to spot for me for the baked chicken and fish meals. Great portions, I can usually get 2.5 meals from a dinner. My top side options are: Kale, yams, brussel sprout medley, squash medley, broccoli, collard greens, red potatoes. The fish is good baked or fried and usually come with three pieces. I’m not big on the salmon cakes or crab cakes. In the summer I also like to finish my meal off with one of their fruity smoothie blends.
Would have been good to know everything is deep fried. Everything.

Unpretentious, family friendly eatery, done super-market style. Excellent seafood, generous side dishes, and a fun atmosphere.
Great Selections!!!!. I ate at this restaurant 5 times in a two week period. It was right across from my hotel. WIth over 20 side items, and incredible fish selections you will never get bored. Yelp users complain about a lack of salt, but I did not find this to be the case. Crab cakes are at least 85-90% crab, which is very rare to find. It is all take out food or you can eat in, but no plates. All fish items are made to order, and they also have a great selection of non fish including ribs, meatloaf, fried chicken and chicken livers. They also have seafood salads and desserts. Collard greens and soul food. I could eat here for a month and probably never get the same combination of food twice. I found the staff to be pretty friendly, and they let you make side item changes on the fly. Some yelp users complained they are not nice to customers, but try to remember there is no wait staff and they are just getting your food.
