From the outside, this place looks great. I went specifically for the crab legs and hibachi. The hibachi was GREAT, but the crab legs were horrible along with the crawfish I had. They were both bland and sitting in water, which isn’t good for seafood at all. I won’t be going back here n
Never judge a book…. First impression: Wow! Now that’s a buffet! yeah…We were there for a large group celebration. We went to be seated in one of the side rooms to be told that our party of over 50 would be limited to half the room, This room being about the size of my living and dining rooms at home. It really didn’t take long for them to realize that this was unrealistic. As I placed my things at my table, I asked for drinks, then proceeded to peruse the selection that wowed me at my entry. I tried a bit of everything (re-ordering the drinks during the meal) and found 75% palatable and 25% delicious. My kids were huge fans of the fried chicken and dessert selections. My children finally recieved their drinks during dessert and when I pointed out that I still needed a Pepsi, the icey stare I got from my waitress (the only one taking drink orders for our large party) was enough to chill my cake. Even asking for extra forks for those at the table with us (having not recieved a set to start with) was like asking the wait staff to go above and beyond. So I finally got my drink after having finished my meal and during our ceremony. I do have to agree with several of the other reviewers, the facility is pretty, the food mediocre, and the wait staff – horrid! It seems that they are hiding terrible service behind a pretty facade (cool water feature though – the sign telling people to keep their hands away, made me want to touch it more).

There is a near endless selection of food – tons of choices and even a Mongolian grill, but the items that were on the buffet bars were pretty bad overall. The fried rice was horrible and tasted like something you’d get frozen in a cardboard box. The other items were pretty bad overall too. They did offer a grilled chicken with bell peppers and onions that wasn’t too bad.
