Best deli in Columbia. This is by far the best deli I’ve been to in Columbia, MD. I think only other spot that can truly top Abby’s is Alttman’s of Baltimore. Abby’s cook all of their own meats by their special recipe so that meat is both flavorful and extra tender. I also love their Amazing Salad Bar. Don’t let size decieve you for their salad bar has collection of the most amazing tantalizing salad selections available. I haven’t had a single item that I didn’t like or that wasn’t fresh. If you are a hard core sandwich freak like me, make sure you try their Signature sandwiches. All of their sandwiches are great but my favorite ones are The Monticello (Corned Beef & Pastrami sandwich with Swiss), The Colony (Tarragon Walnut- Chicken Salad with Havarti on Raisin Bread), and Hummus Veggie (truly a heavenly combination for Vegan and other vegetable loving folks like me).
