Awful. The food was awful. First mexican restaurant that couldnt figure out it was serving Mexican food. The only good thing was the beer to kill the taste of awfulness in my mouth.
This place is not a authentic mexican food , First and last time i will eat there . I ask for chile relleno, it look like dog food did not even took the seed from the inside . I won’t recommend this place.
My Favorite Mexican Restaurant. We went to La Fiesta when it opened in Columbia, MD and loved it from the start. The salsa is the best and I especially love the spinach enchiladas, Co-owner Dilip greeted us and made us feel very welcome and appreciated as customers. When we lived near the Columbia location, we ate there every Friday night. We now live in Pennsylvania but make regular visits back to Columbia or to the Eldersburg location, always taking home a big container of that great salsa.
Come for the salsa and booze, stay because you’re too drunk to leave. The salsa here has always been the best part. Well, that and the highly boozy margaritas. Oh and the Ranchero sauce. Ok so La Fiesta is a good restaurant, if hit-or-miss. I’ve had terrible meals here and come back the following year for a fantastic experience. Service has been good as of late and still, those margaritas. …. Oh yea. Thems good margaritas. Get the Taco Salad. THat has never been bad.
I’m from the south and this is the closest thing Maryland has to Tex-Mex. I even asked for my enchiladas to be made with corn instead of flour tortillas and they were more than happy to oblige. I highly recommend this place!
