Great Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast!. I had the Stroganoff with Braised Beef and Parmesan crusted chicken breast. The wide curved noodles stick together during cooking so some noodles do not get fully cooked, and when sauced on the plate, the sauce doesn’t get down between the noodles that are glued together.The sauce was very tasty but thin and runny and settles at the bottom of the bowl. It does not stick to the noodles like it should. The last time I had dish I remembered the sticky noodle problem and got it with spaghetti noodles instead and that worked out better – at least the noodles were not all stuck together.The bright spot and the reason I keep coming back is the Parmesan crusted chicken breast. This is absolutely to die for. Crunchy Parmesan crust on the outside, moist juicy chicken breast inside.. really delicious!
Good and fast. Not a great noodle shop by any means, and somewhat bland in the way a chain restaurant can be, but if you want Asian, your picky son wants Italian pasta and someone else wants macaroni and cheese, this is the place. Service is generally fast and friendly, and if the food plays it safe, at least it isn’t very pricey. Not worth a special trip, but a good option if you’re in the area.
