The Pizza is Not Good. Being from New York, I have had to substantially lower my expectations when it comes to pizza. But this pizza was still pretty terrible. The sauce has absolutely no flavor to it at all, I felt like I was eating cardboard…severely disappointing
If you’re looking for a bargain on beer and don’t mind how it tastes, then Pub Dog has you covered. Their beer selections are inexpensive, but lack much flavor. And if you’re going for more than just beer, expect to be completely underwhelmed with their selection of pub fare. Items are eh and rather unoriginal. If you’re short on cash and absolutely need a happy hour, then Pub Dog may work for you. But I feel there are far better options in Howard County for drinks and pub fare.
Good beer otherwise it blah.. Went with a friend to hang out every beer I tried was good. The food was typical lower end bar food that was just okay. What killed this place for me was the huge population of kids that just turned 21, obnoxious and annoying.
Not Impressed. OK, so I consider myself a little bit of pizza snob. This place serves all personal sized pizzas. The crust appears to be fresh as are most of the toppings. My big issue with this place was service, and how the pizza was cooked. My pizza was definately underdone. It seems the server entered the order wrong and my pizza sat around somewhere for several minutes before they realized it went to the wrong station. The pizza was now cold and soggy. I like my pizza to be hot and crispy, not cold and soggy (unless I’m trying to work off a hangover and really doesn’t matter). The venue was not too busy, yet it seemed next to impossible to get a beer refilled. For a place that claims to be a brew pub, you shouldn’t be without the brew…I thought the beers good, but nothing to write home about.I probably would not go out of my way to return to this location.
OK food and beer. The pretzel appetizers came out crispy to almost burnt. The pizza dough was thin and barely cooked all the way with way too much cheese on top. And my husband said the beer was ok, nothing to come back for. Would not recommend to friends.
Bad Beer. Good pizza.
