Very dissatisfied and treated poorly.. I went to the establishment on May 30th, 2015 because I was curious about the name and figured well let me try as I was in the mood for some good pizza. I was in the area and not always in the Columbia Maryland area. I ordered my pizza and some wings of which I was told would take 15 minutes, well it took more than 15 minutes closer to 25 minutes once I finally did get one of my orders placed it was not what I thought it should be because I know that I asked for extra cheese. I made the complaint with the gentleman in the front. He took it back to I guess that was the manager who looked to be a Middle Eastern guy or perhaps Indian who never even bothered to come up front to see what my concerns were or if I was a satisfied customer. He was very rude told the person to give me my money back and told me to go someplace else. I called back later to make a complaint and got the same rude man to answer the phone. I guess he’s the owner who said that it was a perfectly good pizza andvthat there was nothing wrong with my pizza and if i didnt like it then go someplace else. Now what business owner or manager says some idiotic nonsense such as that. If you care about customers or people in general that type of attitude is ludicrous and ridiculous. He did not satisfy me nor do they care what my concerns were it was almost like it was his word against mine and my word didn’t matter. I was the one paying for the food so I should have been satisfied of which I was not and he did not care. I will never ever go to this establishment again and I plan on reporting this particular restaurant to the Better Business Bureau.

Response too much trouble to put stuff on side so we don’t do it anymore too many people want things on the side. Dirty dining area with soda bottles stored next to counter in dining areaRude unfriendly and dirty And counter person also told that he couldn’t finish plAcing our order until we knew what we were taking away since we were eating in and taking carry out to someone!!! Really plus he was too busy making food for the only two people in the place REALLY!!! Needless to say we did not stay they didn’t deserve the large order we ultimately placed at Roma’s very nearby and oh soooooo much better! Upper crust was a terrible experience from the get go!!!!

The calzones were absolutely one of the best in MD, money well spent. The staff was also friendly.
Upper Crust Pizza rocks!!!!. It’s worth the drive from College Park. I’m walking distance to Mama Lucia and other pizza palors and none of them compare to Upper Crust Pizza. The ingredients are fresh. I especially recommend the Veggie, as well as, the Chicken Pesto pizzas. Customer Service is wonderful too, very friendly employees. The owner is also engaged in daily operations, to the point he may be the one to wait on you and take your order.
Meh…. This review is coming from someone that has grown up in chicago and has been practically raised on pizza. The pizza was alright, above average.. certainly better than a dominos. That being said its not as GREAT as everyones making it out to be. The cheese was good, wasnt too greasy, and not a lot of sauce (thats a positive in my opinion) Overall the price was good and the delivery was fast so I could see myself ordering from there again. I also had the 4 cheese calzone. This was not good, unless you like (what appears to be) a cream cheese stuffed calzone. The cheese was practically dripping out of the calzone. And the bread was dry. A little olive oil with parmesean cheese sprinkled on top would have been nice.
I get there being a high percentage of likes and yet only negative comments so far. Upper crust pizza tastes different from your average dominos pizza hut etc. You’re gonna either love it or hate it. In my opinion it does taste like real ny style pizza. It’s in my top3 fave pizzas! Also they have cannolis and other stuff to try(:
