Good food BUT I came alone on a Sunday and waited 25 minutes to order (8 people ahead of me) and another 30 minutes for chili and a Greek salad!!? I’m sorry but that’s just horrible service, its premade chili and how hard is it to put a salad together?? Sad to say but I will never be able to give this place another chance.
Creative and Fresh. This is a great place for breakfast and lunch. They always have fresh, creative, and healthy options at reasonable prices. It is the only place on the lake that is consistent, tasty, and great every time! Their coffee and pastries are excellent as well. Two people can have a nice meal for $20 or less. They have indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice. Dogs are also welcome, so that’s an added bonus. I highly recommend Canoe on the Run and the only thing I would change about it would be if they could be open for dinner hours too!
We went here because it was the only breakfast place that had an outside area that allowed dogs. They did not have a great selection of breakfast food. You order at the counter inside and they bring the food out. The food was decent, but it would not be our first choice for breakfast.

Salads are the best. Gosh, this place is so great. Love the soups and all of the innovative concoctions of combinations they come up with. Delicious, love the salad dressings and breads.We love when we visit to stop at Canoe.
This is a great place for rich tasting coffee and creative sandwiches and wraps. They always come up with interesting combos – I always stop in to see what’s new.
