Great food, a wonderful occassion. My mother celebrated her 95th. birthday in January. The food for this occasion was prepared by and furnished for this occasion by Carsons Creekside Restaurant. Since many of the guests were coming from out of state we insisted that there be numerous dishes with many varieties using crab meat. We worked the menu vigorously with owner Gary to achieve a generous sampling of crab cakes, crab soup, crab mac&cheese, chicken ceazer wraps, shrimp salad, and many other salads, dips, vegetables,etc. All of this plus a children’s menu to knock your socks off. Everything was great and I highly recommend Carsons for both the restaurant and catering.
