I ordered a half roast duck. For some reasons, I did not see the wing and the upper part of the leg. If you order a roasted duck or chicken, make sure you get everything you should get. I also ordered a pan fried garlic Chinese broccoli. The garlic was over cooked and caused the whole dish a bitter taste into the dry Chinese broccoli. Pan fried vegetable is the basic Chinese cooking, and they did not control the heat and did not put enough water to extract the sweetness out of the vegetable. It is hard for me to image how good they are in their other dishes. I will never go back to that restaurant again in my life.
