This place is very good. I am new to the Chinese noodle scene so I am not sure if I had traditional curried Singapore noodles but oh my gosh were they good. It had shrimp and pork and was perfectly spiced.
Always looking for good chinese…. And I’ve found it. This place seems to be the perfect hybrid of A&J, Hollywood East and Mama’s Dumplings. Some fantastic comfort foods that I grew up eating and done the right way. And.. some other things that I’d love to try. After eating here for lunch yesterday – I can’t wait to go back for more. My son got the carry out menu for Michael’s Noodles read to him last night in place of his standard board books. Yup. I’m that excited about this place. Let’s just hope the standards remain consistent. That’s the age old test.

Hidden Gem. Very authentic Chinese cooking which is so rare to find anymore. For the Western tastes, there are still safe dishes like Mongolian Beef or General Tso’s Chicken but for the more daring, there are pages of menu items devoted to Chinese tastes. The Pan-Fried Noodes were excellent – the noodles were nice and crispy but not hard or burned. The Taiwanese Chicken was excellent although it was surprisingly NOT hot even with the abundance of dried chili peppers in the dish.
Truly Great Noodles!. I came here with a friend and her dad about a year ago and remember that their noodles were delicious. I had beef rice noodles and the beef was oh-so-tender!
The entire restaurant is very good and the service is also great.
