Stella Restaurant will be open on March 7th 2011. Stella will specialize in fresh grilled fish. We will offer many different species of fresh fish daily. Our fresh fish will range from 1-2 lbs. In addition to our fresh fish we will also offer fresh Lobster, Scallops, Shrimp, Mussels, Octopus, and Calamari. We will also offer fresh broiled seafood steaks such as Rockfish, Halibut, Grouper and Swordfish. In addition to our seafood line, Chef Ray will offer hand cut Certified Angus Beef steakhouse steaks, Chops and Rack of Lamb, and fresh Organic Chicken. Our culinary team will strive to always give our guests freshness and qualityin every food item we produce. We will only use the freshest local and seasonal produce. All told, our goal is to offer our guests a culinary experience where we focus on the natural flavors and textures of the finest ingredients available to us.
