Great food. Lotus Cafe is an asset to Silver Spring’s culinary scene. Although the restaurant itself doesn’t look especially impressive from the outside, the food is delicious and service is prompt. I usually get the large vegetable pho and often have trouble finishing it- it’s packed with tofu, bean sprouts, noodles, greens, and so on. We often get the summer garden rolls as an appetizer, which are tasty by themselves but really become amazing with the accompanying peanut sauce (I think it’s a peanut sauce- whatever it is, it’s great). I’ve only ordered carry out from Lotus Cafe, but I can’t wait to try the outdoor patio this summer!If you’re looking for fantastic Vietnamese food in Silver Spring, head to Lotus Cafe- it’s well worth it.
Yum!. This was the best Vietnamese I have had EVER! I’ve been looking for some great food in the area at a reasonable price and I found it. Even had good Vietnamese in LA, but this far exceeded that experience. I will definitely be back and recommend the Vietnamese crepes, Spring rolls and Vermicelli noodles! So GOOD!
