Mountairy inn. Had Dinner there Saturday night all three meals where overcooked burnt and tasteless waittress wasnt any better ask for two waters and one coke got three waters I had to reach back behind my mother to get my meal waitress counldnt set it down on the table for some reason DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Good food at good prices. I like this restaurant, I come here all the time for breakfast. It’s not high end and it wasn’t intended to be, so I’m not sure why some of the reviewers are disappointed to find out that it’s not. It’s a good place to eat in Mount Airy where you can get some decent beers too. I have had some bad waitresses, but I could say that about almost any other restaurant. I think it’s one of the better options in Mount Airy, and it has outdoor seating in the summer wehich is nice.
So-so. Breakfast is always great, dinner has ALWAYS disappointed. Fireplace is great……..again, whoever is cooking dinner, needs to be replaced…..

Airy Inn has finally got another mature & qualified manager in Rance … These young kids they’ve had just did nothing for the business nor the atmosphere nor the staffing. What an improvement since he has come on board. TY for this wonderful man as part of the staffing.The Fords
Will Not Return. The service was terrible, we kept getting the wrong food order and I starred at my glass of wine order for well over 15 minutes before it was delivered to my table. There were several families dining alongside of us with small children. I love children, however, I did not expect a family dining environment based on the website. When we finally did receive our food orders, I must say the food was very good. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting a fine dining experience.
Great Beer Selection, Fun Location. Mt Airy Inn has a great craft beer selection, especially for the location between Howard, Carol and Montgomery Counties. The bar has fun staff, who are easy to talk to and are knowledgeable. Please do not walk-in expecting Budweiser, Miller or Coor products. The food has room for improvement, but I believe for a restaurant just over a year old the grub isn’t bad. Stick with the sandwiches, salads, soups, and beer; without disappointment.
Great sandwiches !. Pleasantly surprised- very pretty Inn. His Turkey Club and my Turkey Reuben sandwiches were absolutely delicious- the turkey was handcarved, thick slices and seasoned lightly with rosemary. Will be back.
