Really good lunch sandwiches, decent beers on tap, great service.
Don’t believe the hype. This place is terrible.. You’re better off at Longhorn, Lonestar, Texas Roadhouse, or some other chain that adheres to quality standards. Cream of crab soup was oversalted and had very little crab in it. The salad was drenched in dressing. We waited 40 minutes for our entrees when there were plenty of empty tables. And then the entrees were cold. The waitress was friendly enough to take it back to the kitchen for correction, and we could even hear her yelling at the cook about it… Then she offered a refill on my husband’s drink but never brought it. Decor is old and dingy, consisting mostly of empty wine bottles placed throughout the restaurant. Klassy. And someone should tell them that you DO NOT use scented candles in a dining room. We had at least three of them around us, giving us more of a vanilla and cranberry rather than savory steak scent.
Great Seafood and Steaks!. My husband and I love to take a trip into North East for dinner or appetizers at Steak and Main. Of course, the drinks are always good, but the seafood is fabulous. They do know how to cook food right and the atmosphere is fun and friendly. We like the bar side of the restaurant since we tend to be more casual, and love sitting outside in the summer.
Everything I’ve eaten here is awesome!. Great food & service. My husband & I make it there at least 2-3 times/month. You have your choice of a fine dining experience in one dining room, or a more casual atmosphere in the bar area. Awesome Sunday Brunch & Bloody Mary bar…
Steak & Main. The food here is great! This is the best restaurant in Cecil County. I ordered the Delmonico steak. It was so good that I wanted to make love to it. Of course, the waitress asked me to stop. And leave. Luckily I had finished, so I bagged up the leftovers and went home. I’ll be back soon, but this time I’ll just eat the steak.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!. I’ve eaten at many fine steak houses, but Steak & Main is my favorite by far! The seafood and steak dishes are a wonderful mix of styles and flavors which make it easy for everyone in my family to find something they love. The owner and staff go out of their way to make sure we enjoy your meal, and that’s what keeps us coming back. Did I mention the AWESOME crab soup, Steak House salad, and Tournedos Imperial? And save room for their chocolate lava cake or amazing bread pudding… Mmmm-mmmm!!
A Must-Dine experience!!!. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere on the Oyster Bar side. Comfortable and romantic atmosphere in the Fine Dining area. The food is absolutely fantastic, and extremely fair pricing for the quality and presentation that goes into it. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. We have never had a bad meal there, and have tried numerous things on the menu. A few of our favorites are Tuna Sashimi, Crab & Asparagus Soup, and Steak & Seafood Au Poive. Hands down, the friendliest and best wait staff and bartenders around! Steak n Main is a Must-Dine experience!
