Restaurant delivered wrong order- the owner did not want to redeliver the correct owner. Where do I begin? I have ordered here on two separate occasions and the food was great. However, I ordered a beef lad na and I received chicken. I called and complained to the restaurant. First, the worker said the owner stepped out and to call back. I called back and the owner said that she could give me a free thai tea the next time I ordered. I explained to the owner that was not fair because I was given the incorrect order and that I did not want to consume the lad na. She informed me that the restaurant was very busy and I told her I did not mind waiting. She said that I could pick it up, but I do not have a vehicle. I do not think the owner understood the extent of my dissatisfaction and the fact that it was not fair that I did not receive my correct order and that she was not going to do anything to rectify that. I will not buy anything from here again.

Once we arrived, I was a little nervous because it was very small restaurant and we were the only customers. We each ordered different dishes and a couple of appetizers. Food was excellent. Server was extremely helpful in ordering and adjusting spicy dishes as needed. Owner was friendly and attentive. My oldest son liked it so well that when we tried Greek the next night and he did not like it, he asked to go back to Aroy! Lol!
