Deserves to be on Restaurant Impossible. This place was horrible. The food was bland, overly fried and absolutely tasteless. I came in and there was only one other table occupied by people, who left when we arrived. I thought it was just a slow night. I was right. I have no idea why it took so long to get our food when we were the only people there. The food was just horrible. The hostess was barely polite. The walls were dirty and the tables, with plastic tablecloth, looked like a soup kitchen. The ONLY saving grace was our server. She was incredibly sweet. I wish I knew her name just to refer to something good about this place.

Excellent place for steamed crabs!. Crabs large and heavy……….excellently spiced……..good deal for the size

Great food slow service. My brother in law picked this place for his birthday dinner. Frankly, from the outside it looked kind of run down so I didn’t have high expectations. The parking lot is small and the smell from the garbage bins was pretty strong as you walked across the lot. They have large tables in the back so that was where my family (seven of us) were seated. Our waitress was very friendly and made suggestions of things to try and better ways to get more for our money from the menu. The back was kind of empty so it was quiet but there were a lot of people in the other two sections eating crabs. It seems like this may be a local hang out for crabs. I had the double crab cake platter which was delicious. I only wish the crab cakes were bigger but all of it including my mashed potatoes and mac and cheese was great. My sister raved about the crab toast appetizer. My other sister had the shrimp salad sandwich. It was pretty big. Everyone loved their food. The only problem was that service was slow. Our waitress was very friendly but it took too long for the food to come. Even the desert which was just a warm brownie with ice cream seemed to take a long time to come out. Overall I would recommend giving the place a try but just expect to wait for your food.

Jim. I have to tell anyone reading this review that I go to this resturant often and always get the crabs, in my review of the crabs they are amazing in size and taste and are at a good price. I have tasted the other foods there but I have to have the crabs and don’t care about the foods part.the staff is great some better then others, the owners are friendly but always busy working around the place. ANYWAY GO TO THIS PLACE ITS GREAT.

Basement bar?. Weird set up, lots of heavily fried foods. Not worth the trip

This place has great food, atmosphere, staff, and location. I will definately be coming back.

Friendly and comfortable with good food. Friendly staff, decent prices, cold beer and good food. Quiet restaurant side for more intimate dining or the horse shoe sports bar that also has tables. Shrimp salad was more shrimp than salad makes it a winner. Cream of crab soup was creamy with a decent amount of crab meat (I add some sherry to take it to another level). Trivia on Tuesdays and Karaoke w DJ Danny or Michelle starting at 8pm, until the fun is done. A nice place to grab a sandwich and a cold one, watch the big game or sing a few on Karaoke night.
