  Worst customer service. Ordered online for Takeout. When I got there, they had no problem taking my money but had to wait for them to cook it as they didn’t have the order processed. Website said order would be ready in 20 minutes however I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

  Some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever had.. This was our first time ordering from Bellagio’s and will also be the LAST. We ordered the medium cheese pizza and 14 wings special on a Friday night. The wings were Mild flavor and we asked for 2 cups of Ranch to go along with it. The order came really quickly for one of their busiest nights for delivery. (Less than 40 minutes!) The pizza was alright and the wing flavor was decent as well. They mistakenly delivered 2 cups of Blue Cheese instead of the Ranch we had asked for. We called the restaurant to ask if they could send the Ranch that we had asked for. Their employee began to argue with us saying we had never asked for Ranch and called us liars when we said otherwise. After arguing for another 3-4 minutes, they said they would send Ranch out to us. The driver arrived again about 20 minutes later with a brown paper bag, we gave him back the unused cups we had received, he apologized for the mistake and left. After closing the door, we opened the paper bag he brought with him to find BLUE CHEESE cups. While the driver was a nice guy, whoever they have running the store itself needs to work on their customer service. Calling paying customer liars to their faces instead of admitting your mistake? What are you thinking? I will not be ordering from here again, and all of my friends in the area will be advised to avoid eating here.   Mixed reviews. We randomly order from here; mostly for convenience. For the most part, the food is good. Their Asian chicken salad is my favorite (the small is HUGE) and the pizza, subs and wings are pretty good most of the time, too. Their customer service needs some work. The older guy that delivers for them is usually polite even though he forgot majority of our order twice and when we finally got it it was cold. The other delivery guy is always on his phone which is the only reason I know he is capable of speaking. The two times I have called in my order, I almost hung up because of what I was met with on the other end. Their website does allow you to order online (nice interface) so you do not have to talk to anyone if you don’t want and just hope you get the nice delivery guy and he has all of your food with him. Also, it’s a crap shoot if their coupons are valid or not.

  Bellagio’s Owings Mills. I get a meat lovers pizza from here a couple times per month. I aways pick it up. Guess I am too cheap to give some one a tip, besides it is 5 min from my home. The pizza at Bellagio’s is pretty good. I have gotten their wings before and did not care for them so much so I just stick to the pizza. I can understand about the customer service concerns. That is everywhere in the Owings Mills area. Weather it is fast food or full service restaurants the customer service service in Owings Mills leaves alot to be desired. Bottom line is that the product at Bellagio’s is fair to good and the prices are not far out of line with the competition. They must be doing something right.. The doors are still open despite a less then ideal location. No other ventures in that location lasted as long as this establishment.

  I used to love this place. It is within walking distance from my house and they had really good pizza. However, the pizza isn’t close to good enough to make up for their horrific customer service. Our pizza has been given away twice, they’ve completely messed up a pepperoni pizza by adding mushrooms and onions and I was just now put on hold for 11 minutes. Why did I stay on hold for that long? It became a game. I wanted to see how long it would take. And the worst thing about this place is their customer service. They are rude, uncaring and ignorant. They don’t admit their mistakes and they talk to you like garbage. Never going here again.
