Unprofessional. I have been going to Yuki Sushi for about four years and in the beginning it was great! Over the years the service has been going down and the food has been inconsistent. The last few times I placed orders to go the orders were missing items, I was given the wrong item and i was told 20 minutes and waited almost an hour. When I called about getting the wrong item I was told that is what was written down. Since the person who took the order wrote it down wrong I am not going to get what I ordered was the question and i was told no. I will not be going back to Yuki amd will be traveling another 5 minutes up the street and taking my business some place else.

Rating the Food. I thought the sushi was wonderful! Very fresh! The Hostess/Waitress seemed a little confused but was kind. The atmosphere was okay but I was there for the company I had and Food, both I enjoyed a lot! Don’t ‘judge a book by a cover’ or by negative people. Try it yourself. (The ‘Pink Lady’ roll was yummy)
Fresh Sushi. Not a huge sushi fan because I am SUPER picky but this place was DELICIOUS! The prices are norm for the regular rolls, but I think their speciality rolls are a little high. Fav roll is the Owings Mills Roll. It’s a must try. Only complaint is the service. The young lady who works their is NOT friendly by any means and does not appreciate when you ask questions.
Best sushi in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area, and I’ve tried them all! I will only go to Yuki sushi!
