Sorely disappointed. I’ve ordered from here (all delivery) a total of 4 times using their website (it’s slow but convenient for ordering). I really enjoy their shumai, especially the sauce it comes with, but they tend to have a pretty skimpy amount of meat. Their sushi maki (rolls) taste pretty good. I really liked their una don; good price, slivers of some kind of pickled vegetable that went REALLY well with the eel and sauce, not too much rice. Service (maybe because I was using the website) was pretty slow though, usually arriving just in time to make the 45 minute limit. However, the last (and I do mean LAST) time I ordered from them left me feeling so ripped off that I was compelled to write this review. It was the first time I ordered the sashimi deluxe ($19.55). The price is on par with other sashimi platters offered at other restaurants, but what I received was not. Three undersized pieces each of tuna, salmon and another fish I don’t know the name of, 1 piece of slightly overcooked shrimp, and 2 full sticks (or 4 half sticks) of crab stick (or fake crab). I’d be willing to pay $14 for that at best. On top of that, they arrived at the tail-end of their 45 minute window and tacked on a $1.50 delivery fee that I wasn’t aware of (the website said there was no delivery fee when I ordered). I don’t mind paying delivery fee, but this was the first time they added it on (without my knowledge no less), plus the slow delivery for a relatively small order (seaweed salad and sashimi platter) and severely overpriced sashimi all combined to push me over the edge.Food-wise, this restaurant is pretty good. Having a website to order with is certainly convenient. If it weren’t for the service and how they do business, I’d probably order from them again. Luckily, I found another local Chinese restaurant that offers sushi (good sushi at reasonable prices) and delivers [Lucky Inn at North Plaza Mall, if you’re curious]. I’ve only eaten in the restaurant so I don’t know how fast they deliver, but I’ll be sticking with this new place from now on.In summary: 1 out of 5. Their food is pretty good, but their prices and service leave a lot to be desired.
