Owners read this. The food quality was good, horrible service by the female server , i believe due to mandatory tip ,she doesn’t see any reason to give a good service. Owners should pay attention to their servers.
Best Persian food. My girlfriend’s family is from Iran. I never thought it’d get better than their home-cooking. Hell, even they thought so. They’ve been to Persian restaurants all over New Jersey and New York City, and all of them paled in comparison to House of Kabob. Absolutely everything, down to the finest detail, was perfect. Lot of places will skimp on certain details (like using grocery store pita instead of the authentic bread), but House of Kabob gets it right.Can’t say enough good things about this place. Just wish it was closer to where we live.
Excellent lunch buffet
Great!. Started out with the hummus, which was nice served with freshly made warm pita bread. We had a variety of shish kabobs two types of beef and a chicken. All of which were moist and tender, marinated. Nice grilled vegetables with basmati rice. Portions are HUGE, for the money. Service was excellent. We will be back for sure!
One of my favorite restaurants. My friends and I have dinner at House of Kabob regularly. My favorite dish is the koobideh kabob, a ground meat kabob served with rice and vegetables. My husband likes the chicken kabob, which is always very moist and perfectly spiced.
