Bateman’s Perry Hall…YUK !. Service = Slower than a one legged Turtle.Food = GROSSManagement = UncaringCleanliness = Nonexistant. The Manager seems to let the kids run the place….. there is NO quality control or consistancy in the food. The Manager does not care about complaints.Took us 3 HOURS to get seated, served, and pay the tab on a week night.Totally unacceptable.

Angela. My family and I tried to have a nice Saturday afternoon lunch @ your Perry Hall location, but it was very disappointing. We thought since it was a nice day we would sit outside. The food was good. The service was good, but the company was a issue. Several customers were drinking and eating @ the bar, while they had their car parked next to the dining area with loud music playing. They had the door opened so they could listen and we had to put up with this nonsense. Not to mention the foul language coming from their mouths. We had 3 children under 7 that had to endure this behavior. This was our 2nd time at this location and it will be our last. The manager walked in & out 2 times, and didn’t say one word to the other customers or to us..Such behavior should not be tolerated at any restaurant. Would Bill Bateman want his family to experience what me and my family just did on a Saturday afternoon? I don’t think so…….

Disappointment. We went for wing night, but had to find another place to get wings later on in the week to remind us what good wings SHOULD taste like. They were tiny, dry, and the sauces left much to be desired.

The Greatest wings ever!!!!. I love this place!!! It has the best wings and crab cakes I have ever eaten. I also have to mention the ribs, crab pretzels and burgers, so impressive. Every location is different but consistent with the service and food products. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality food, outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere. The bar scene is upbeat and entertaining as well, great for late night and football games. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Downhill Run. Bateman’s has been around Baltimore for a long time and the quality of the food has been in steady decline. Could it be that the Bateman’s Franchise is not paying attention to the quality of foods served at stores that display the Bateman Name? Could it be the economy? If they put any lower power light bulbs in the Parkville store, customers will need to bring flashlights.10/28/2010 – An empty restaurant with poor lighting, lack luster service and bad food served up at quality prices.I join a growing list of people who are disappointed with Bateman’s food (other than Bill’s AstroTurfing Team – People that are paid to pump up online ratings when they are in decline). In the past year or so, many of the higher quality items have left the menu replaced by salads for $11 that feature iceberg lettuce and four thin-cut slices of chicken. Over in the burger department, the ground beef is so full of fat that it makes the bottom of the burger rolls soggy. The beef tastes bad too. You would think that with a Five Guys right across the parking lot, Bateman’s Parkville might be concerned. Good bye old friend. You will need to do something more than add more TVs to get me back in the door. Ya see, my family is interested in a quality meal at a reasonable price.#fail

Gotta Like Crap. The huge menu features mostly bar style food, it is just too much for a kitchen to be good at. If you like crap then there are tons of dishes for you, it was just boring food. Great service!

Appetizers!. Eat the crab pretzel. Makes the whole trip worth while!
