SUCKS who ever is running that place doesn’t have a clue about ruining a good resturaunt .. The food is poor the manager was rude an didn’t speak good English so I couldn’t even understand half the things she was saying but was very unfriendly an if you are going to send Someone over to talk an make things better make sure your customers can understand them how she became a manager is beyond me no people skills what so ever!!!

Another Disappointing Dinner at Batemans. It is true that Bateman’s has been on a steady decline around Baltimore and this location prooves it!We went here a few weeks back and the place was maybe 3/4 full with a small crowd in the bar.We received water in plastic cups because the ran out of glasses?Long story short — food order wrong,check was wrong, took well over a hour and half for food. Waitress was lost with our table and I counted 5 others that had issues. It goes on and on, but just read the reviews…. place needs help.The problem is the management. Someone who cares needs to get in and run this place, train the staff to care and give good service. Maybe then it could be a cool place to go to.Otherwise– wait til they go out of business and a better franchise comes in.
