  Horibble service and VERY RUDE owner. Manager was filling my group order and the owner stopped him from finishing the order and told me to get out and don’t come back.Had a large group counting and this meal…needless to say we were ALL very disappointed

  Poor Service Delivery Always Over Shadows Product Taste. As a prospective paying customer, I hated the treatment I received at Goldberg’s New York Bagels in Pikesville . I’ve been going to this Jewish bakery for years with no problems. This morning I arrived and planned to purchase 1/2 dozen bagels. I placed my order and as my order was being filled the elderly bagel bagger serving me, he dropped the bagels on the counter. I told the elderly bagel bagger that I did not want the ones he dropped. He proceeded to put the bagels he dropped back in the bagel bin for someone else to purchase. He pull my new batch from the back of the bagel bin. The elderly bagel bagger, in an attempt to display his disdain for my request, proceeded to throw the bag at me while others around me watched in disbelief. As a paying customer patronizing Goldberg’s New York Bagels in Pikesville MD, I expect to be treat with courtesy and respect. Courtesy and respect should not be reserved only for people from this community. I was appalled at the treatment I received from the elderly bagel bagger. I felt poorly treated and grossly disrespected. I left the bagels and the juices I had planned to purchase on the counter and me and my money are left Goldberg’s New York bagel to purchase bagels from an establishment that appreciates all their customers. Needless to say, they have lost a life long customer. I will share my experience at Goldberg’s New York Bagels with everyone.
