Not even close to Italian. If you like crappy diner food then this is the place for you. My wife and I gave it a try tonight and this place gets a four thumbs down. After reading a few reviews with most complaints about the service being slow and since it just opened a few weeks ago we figured that the service problem had enough time to straighten itself out. As it turned out the service was excellent, but the food was a joke. My wife got the eggplant stuffed with ricotta and spinach, those ingredients were certainly on the plate the only thing missing was the taste, bland at best and very soggy. Accompanied with a side of spaghetti that had maybe 4 tablespoons of sauce on it. The Spaghetti was of course from a box and overcooked. I ordered the chicken primavera, yes there was chicken and it was terribly overcooked and tough. It came with pasta tubes that were undercooked. The vegetable and sauce simply had no taste at all. Nothing we ordered was seasoned at all and totally tasteless. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that this was about quantity and not quality. The owners may be Italian, but the food is on par with Chef Boyardi. Save your money.
