Customer Service. I have been to Serengeti several times, and the food is pretty good, but I had a very upsetting experience there. After placing my order at 6pm, and seeing that my food (a burger) was not out by 6:45, I went over to the owner to ask if I would be able to perhaps pick up the burger later since I had to go at around 7pm. She responded obnoxiously to me saying that ‘this is not a fast food restaurant,’ and next time if I want fast food to go somewhere else. She then told me that if I want them to keep the same burger (that still wasn’t out yet) warm for me for the next 3 hours, she would be happy to do so. Not exactly the recommended way to treat a customer. There have since been several times where I was going out for dinner that I specifically chose NOT to go Serengeti.
Delicious!. Went to Serengetti and has a delicious tuna ceviche and chili rubbed boneless steak and both were amazing! We ordered garlic mashed potatoes and spinach for sides and they were great. Each side feeds two people. Delicious chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Make a reservation as the place was packed! Worth every penny!
