  Unbelievable!!!. Terrible customer service! Wanted to charge extra for duck sauce and hot mustard. I had ordered 4 meals. I asked if the condiments were in my bag. One of each only! Of course I wanted a duck sauce and hot mustard for each meal. I requested an additional 3 of each and the young lady with flip flops on serving & going into the kitchen said that she would have to charge me extra!! I am giving them business & spent $45 I was floored! I spoke up told her each meal should get 1 of each sauce, not an unreasonable request. This is not McDOnalds or is it! Ultimately I did have my request met. They should worry more about their OSHA VIOLATIONS then 25 cents worth of sauce. Feet are not to be exposed in the cooking areas because it’s considered unhygenic. I know I can go to any other Chinese joint & get as many sauces as I want. I guess #1 Chinese Kitchen here I come. And by the way the food is better at #1 anyway.

  Very unhappy. I have been a customer for 30 years. Over the years their service has declined. They have stopped giving fortune cookies in carry out orders. the other evening we went to pick up our order and my husband asked for extra duck sauce. They said they would have to charge us for them. BIG MISTAKE, my usband said he would never go back again and we use to go their for their ribs and egg rolls. Never again.

  Not Very Friendly. I’ve been coming there for over 20 years. I love their eggrolls, but they are very skimpy on the home made duck sauce. It’s a shame after all these years, I ve realized that They aren’t very friendly. They seem like they are too busy to give good service. I waited 45 minutes for 2 appetizers, no appology, nothing. I can get good eggrolls elsewhere!
