My family and I are addicted to it!!
The chicken is great. The customer service however is horrible. I ordered 2 sides of yucca and was given one thing of sauce. I asked for more and was treated like crap and told I couldn’t have more. I told them I had two sides but they just shook their head at me. They just lost a customer over a ten cent sauce. It’s been getting worse over time. They treat you like you’re lucky to be their customer and not the other way around. I’ll be going to the guapos up the road where they treat their customers right and have much better yucca by the way.
French fries were kinda hard, the coleslaw was good and the 1/4 chicken was sort of salty. Overall the meal was ok.

Salty Chicken. I purchased chicken from the Crisp & Juicy in Rockville. The chicken was ridiculously salty – will never go there again. I have purchased chicken from two locations in Virginia and was satisfied.
The Divine Pollo. Wow! Do yourself a favor and go here for their chicken. We always get a whole chicken (or two) and sometimes get an extra piece. Their charbroiled chicken is perfectly seasoned and deliciously cooked. Unbelievably juicy meat and crispy skin. Try it with the mild or spicy sauce. What’s also good is their chicken fried rice. Try pouring some of their yellow sauce in there and mixing it. The yuca fries are ok and the mashed potato is good too.
Crisp and Juicy is a great dining experience. the restaurant is small and cozy, but kind of cramped at times. Although, many people order take out. I can safely say that the chicken there is the best I have ever had in my life. it is cooked traditional argentine style, spit-roasted over a charcoal grill and crisped to perfection. their variety of sides including fried yucca, rice and beans, and side salads add a little bit of refreshing diversity to what, to the untrained eye, can seem like just chicken. the restaurant also offers tenderly grilled argentine-style steak sanwiches which are to die for. ask them to put some of their traditional spicy sauce on it, and you’ve got comfort food the likes of which you’ve probably never seen before. crisp and juicy gets 5 stars out of five in my book, and I would definitely suggest it for a casual dining experience. by the way, if you’re looking for it, you can’t miss it. you can smell the charcoal grilled chicken a mile away.
