Just had a very nice 34th anniversary brunch- food was very good and service was quick and attentive :). Had the traditional breakfast with eggs over medium done perfectly, bacon and a delicious potato cake and a great half waffle that was light and very tasty. My husband liked his eggs benedict as well. Would definitely recommend!
The best waffles in Mo County. Several years ago my management team would hold mandatory meetings at Mosaic. I am a picky eater so initially I would order just a bagel. Once management started paying for breakfast I decided to try the waffles since they were highly recommended. It was love at first bite. Not only are the waffles good, but recently I tried the sweet potato fries with a sandwich and they were to die for. I’ve tried several salads on the menu and the owner is the sweetest man ever to own a restaurant. The staff always greets you with a smile.
Great Food, Great service. I’ve personally liked everything I’ve ordered here. On a couple of occasions my club members ordered appetizers which were really weird and kinda disappointing. In one case we sent back a milkshake because it had ice cubes in it. We’ve never had any problems with the entrees. The food is always good whether ordering for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The staff literally makes me feel like family.My fav dish is the Smoked Salmon Wafflismo, a sort of sandwich made of two waffles with Smoked Salmon, cream cheese, onions and capers. Best served with Sweet Potato fries. Their sweet potato fries are the very best I’ve ever had anywhere.Parking Tips: (from my club page)There are two choices. Either drive into the jungle of buildings where it has a tiny parking lot, or park across the street from it in the parking lot of the other strip mall. I prefer to park close in, but I think parking across the street might be easier.
Mosaic is Simply a Great Find. Have been eating at Mosaic regularly for the last 5 years, and have never had a bad meal. Service is consistently excellent, food is always a treat. While the breakfast and brunch offerings are the highlight of the menu, it is hard to go wrong with any of the entrees. The wine list and kids section on the menu, though small, consistently please. I truly appreciate this fine place where I can expect amazing food at a reasonable price without having to leave my young children at home.

Outstanding in the Field!!. Did you know that Mosaic’s Chef-Owner, Thierry Jugnet, does the most wonderfully gourmet dinners out in the field, in Butler’s Orchard. Call to be put on his list. The food is delicious, the wine outstanding, and the ambiance is superb!!
Yummy!!!. A hidden gem! I was looking for a casual yummy place to hold my post-wedding brunch when I stumbled upon Mosaic Cuisine. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere cheery and the food is delicious. Just to make sure, I went there a couple of weeks later, in case the first time was a fluke. The food was still great and the staff still wonderful. This is my new favorite brunch place!
