Their ancho chile bbq sauce is pretty tasty. If you like mole sauce then you’ll probably like it. It’s nice to see something different like this on the menu at a burrito/fast food mexican joint in addition to the basic salsas.
Come Hungry. Qdoba is kind of styled like Chipotle but they get a lot less foot traffic. This means that when you order, you get a lot of everything instead of dirty looks from servers at Chipotle (cough cough) when you ask for more salsa. It’s really good but the flavor is not as savory as Chipotle. Definitely worth a try.
