From the taste of it, I think this might be ‘authentic’ Japanese. I have never been to Japan, so cannot vouch for that. I give ratings based on my perception and tongue. And I’ll be honest, I didn’t like it that much. The Octopus balls were good, they had a little smoky flavor to it, which I am not a very big fan. The Fried Chicken was no different than any usual asian fried chicken. They gave a sauce with it, which for me was a little too strong, and I ended up eating the chicken without the sauce. The Salmon Teriyaki was good, broiled and ‘well’ done on the bottom with lots of soy sauce. I hear the Ramen is really good, but i m not a pork person, so .. After having Americanized-Japanese food so many times, I think I am not a big fan of authentic-japanese food. May be over time, I might develop a taste for it. May be then, I might come back to refresh these ratings. I almost forgot to mention, it is a little bit too much on the pricier side. I don’t think the three Items I had were worth a total of 50$ , the quality and quantity 🙂 foodiemuggles.com
