EVO Public House. This is the Go To Place for me when I am in Salisbury simply because of the brewery. I’ve never encountered any issues or problems when dining or just stopping by for a pint and a growler fill. I like the fact that they try and locally source much of their menu offerings.
Beer is good. Food is ok but service was very slow. Our server got pulled to cover tables in the other room and despite many others that could help we waited 20 mins for coffee and another 20 to pay. There was plenty of people that could of stepped up at the hostess stand but they were too busy shoe gazing.
I love this spot. Food – excellent. Beer – best. Atmosphere – great.
Great atmosphere, great food. Fish n chips delish, huge portions. App pretzels and three diff dips was great! Brisquet Sammie very good. Their fries are crispy and flavorful!
Stopped here for lunch when passing through Salisbury. I really enjoyed their craft beers that are brewed in house. I don’t know how real Maryland crab cake is supposed to taste but the one I had was delicious.
Dinner. My son wanted to take me to the EVO Public House for dinner. The scallops sounded awesome with bacon and orange sauce. When the plate arrived everything looked wonderful. The scallops were tender, but the bacon had to be cut with a steak knife. It reminded me of jerky. There was no orange sauce drizzled anywhere on the food. Then the dessert of Blondie and ice cream…..it had cranberries. That was not mentioned when we ordered the dessert. The steak my son had was not cut correctly and was stringy. The price we paid was not worth it. But, I do have to say the Primale pale ale was delicious.
Can’t say anything, was seated by hostess then was forgotten. Got up and left after 15 minutes
