A favorite. One of my favorite places for a bento box and sushi. Servers nice and friendly to kids as well. Wish I could go more often but the prices are very high.
Love this place. My boyfriend and I have been here a number of time and we are always impressed. We have been to a lot of sushi places and we keep coming back to Ikebana, because we can’t find another place that compares. The Summer roll is my favorite and the Sunshine roll is so good and has me craving it through out the week! The teriyaki is so good as well. We have never had a problme with the staff or the owner, we always get good, timely service. Overall i love Ikebana and highly recommend it!

Best sushi in Salisbury. I have no idea what the awful reviews from the last two people were talking about. The owner is extremely welcoming and always smiling when me and my husband come in to eat. The sushi is by far the freshest in my opinion in Salisbury. Every experience at this restaurant is superior. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff!
Delightful!. As someone who eats out alot, I find this restaurant a delightful place to kick back and relax while being provided with a variety of delicious food, and great service. The seating, while a fairly open arrangement still affords privacy and just the right amount of ‘cozy’ while still being upscale enough to take your inlaws or go on a decent date.The owner ALWAYS remembers my name, and if she isn’t able to greet me at the door, will come over and make sure everything is to my satisfaction and thank me for coming in again. The sushi has always been fresh, and the hibachi very tasty. It can be difficult to find hibachi that actually retains the flavor of each idividual item, but Ikebana seems to know how to do it. As for the servers, Ikebana provides local (and some not so local) college students the opportunity to earn a respectable income, while preparing for their future. The commnuity involvement is much appreciated.Just like at ANY restaurant, one can occasionally have a bad experience, but I have found at Ikebana, all one has to do is tell the server, and the owner will do her VERY best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible!Two thumbs up!
