This little restaurant was such a refreshing surprise to find in Salisbury MD. The name is a bit misleading as others have said. We first went in thinking Italian, and having lived in Italy and always craving good italian food, we thought we had found the place. But to our surprise, this place has great middle eastern fare, from falafels to kabobs to gyros to baklava and delicious authentic hot tea. Everything seems freshly made and the fresh out of the oven pita bread is the best! Most dishes are under $10 as well. Excellent Greek salads. The Tuscany Grill is a real treat when you are wanting a great tasting and healthy meal. The ambiance could be improved, but the humble staff and delicious fare make up for it. I hope you decide to give it a try and love it as much as we do!

  Amazing food, friendly staff. Great variety and right near SU! Love this place!!! The bread is so fresh along with the rest of their selections. A+

  Not Italian. With the name Tuscany in the name, wouldn’t you think Italian? You’d think wrong. Really, really good middle eastern food. The falafel was delicious, and there were about eight other items on the menu I want to go back to try. Highly recommend.
