Truly Authentic Mexican Food. Rositas is family owned and operated, serving freshly made Mexican food, from chips and dips, tacos, burritoes, tostas and gorditas to fajitas, quesadillas, soups and desserts – they even offer authentic Mexican drinks i.e. agua frescas (the Jamaica is my favorite!), imported Mexican sodas and Horchata (yum!). They have the best guacamole, making it fresh per order, in all of Salisbury. If you have ever been to Mexico and want food that takes you back, you have to try Rositas. We LOVE it!
