Average Diner fare. The menu is probably 20 pages long and has something for almost everyone. Seating is ample. Parking is ample. Location is excellent. Open 24 hours! Huge portions including desserts. Unfortunately, they are a bit overpriced, lots of items start to taste the same, and service is average.

DInner Feb 10 2012. I was told I could not purchase a side of pasta it was clearly on the menu. Brocolli was so cold room temp butter would not melt. Fish was mushy. Server came to table once never asked if things were ok, did not offer coffee or dessert. Cashier was as rude also not asking if we were satisifed. We have been dining there for 8 years and last night may have been the last

Good service. So-so food. The Nautlius had the look of the classic diner, but the food was sub par. My wife and I each had omelettes with home fries and toast. Both of our omelettes were overcooked, and our home fries were lukewarm at best. Our toast came out dry (waitress never asked if we wanted buttered or dry) and barely had a hint of golden toasted look. The waitress we had was pleasant and friendly…don’t know if it was genuine or just working for a good tip. On a side note. Looked over another table and a little girl had ordered chocolate chip pancakes. When her order came out, the pancakes had a nice golden color, but the chocolate chips were just sprinkled over the pancakes…who does that? Foodies, you have be warned. Happy eating and may your bellies never go hungry.

Great Service, Over Priced Bad Food. The service was friendly, but it doesn’t make up for bad tasting, overcooked seafood dishes. The broiled shrimp was rubbery and chewy as if eating reheated leftover seafood. The over powering dry seasoning was so heavy that I had to scrape it off of the meat with a knife just to make the food palatable. Really NOT good! This diner should stick to breakfast and stop trying be all things to all people.

Breakfast Star. On a whim we stopped at the Nautilus on SAT morning around 9:00am. The place was fairly busy but the service to our table and the attentive staff were wonderful. We ordered breakfast (Hungry Man Special) 3 pancakes 2 eggs and side of either Scrapple/Sausage/Bacon.. IT was GREAT.. the eggs were perfect and pancakes light and fluffy and the Sausage was hearty and spicy.. TWO BIG THUMBS UP..!!
