Nasty service. The customer service left a lot to be desired. My order was wrong and the person on the phone wanted to argue with me. I informed her that my order was prepared wrong but she insisted that whatever was on my ticket is what I received. I ask for no onions and oil. My sandwich had oil and all I could taste was onion. I believe that someone prepared it wrong and tried to pull the onions off instead of making a new sandwich. I wasn’t looking for a refund but, just wanted to make them aware of what happened. Evidently it didn’t matter when I called back, I was just a customer. I’ll be sure to spread the word about how I was treated.
