Good food, bad service. We have been here several times and liked the food, however, we experienced terrible service tonight. We waited over 30 minutes for food. I finally flagged down our waiter to ask what was going on. He said the kitchen was very busy with take out orders and our food would be out soon (the restaurant wasn’t even close to being full). Another 10 minutes go by, I flag him down again. I asked if the could at least bring out our kids’ dinners (3 kids under the age of 7) and he basically said there was nothing he could do. Our food finally came and I asked to speak to the owner. I expressed my displeasure with having to wait for so long. She apologized and I told her we should get some sort of discount (at least a free kids meal?) and she rudely said no, she couldn’t do a discount but would offer us free dessert. I told her we wouldn’t be staying for dessert because we had already waited so long for our food. I have never been to a restaurant who wasn’t willing to even try to bring out the kids’ meals, which were just penne with butter. They did not try to accommodate us at all. Not going back.
