This location is large and full of smiling faces in the morning. There is a cooking crew that worka like a machine to pump out food at a super fast pace. A few regular guests hold down their favorite chairs or booths during the breakfast rush. The bagels are above average and the offerings on the menu are plentiful. Unfortunately, they use processed cheese food for their breakfast sandwiches and the fountain drink offerings are not that enticing unless you like Pepsi. I would like to see more drink options, real cheese, less styrophome cups, less processed foods, and more baked goods in the morning. However, parking is plentiful and the business is easily seen on York Rd. They also have an improved app that allows you to pay and earn points toward a $5 reward. I would recommend this place to friends for a quick breakfast bite.
(6/1/2015) Needed a quick lunch while running errands, found myself in the Ridgely Plaza Shopping Center. It was kinda hard to spot, I mean, I saw the colorful swirls and the big letters, THB, but I thought it was a nail place. It was pretty busy, looked like a mix of office flunkies, soccer moms, and kids right out of high school. Perhaps I should’ve stuck with a bagel, but had a hankering for a hot sandwich. Got the My Way panini (turkey, Italian ham, American cheese, lettuce, tomato); not very exciting, no condiments, solid cold through the middle, bread warmed only to make the grill marks. It was good bread though, chewy, I suspect bagel dough stretched out into flatbread shape and baked. They had 2 trainees on 3 registers when I was there, they were fine, there was a lot of back up, it was fairly well-organized chaos. Ingredients were fresh, quality was good, prices were very reasonable. Overall, a solid bet, if boring.

That’s why they think Panera is good, and they also love PizzA Hut, Papa John’s, Domino’s.. They dont know any better. The reason they are so busy is for that reason alone, Pasta Mista Pizza has shared in same kind of success for the same reasons…and the people that know will knoc knock you over in true new york style if you get in their way when they are trying to get to their Everything bagel with scallion(not chives)cream cheese!!
I regularly eat their bagels. It’s between one of four choices: egg, garlic, onion or plain, always with Turkey lunch meat, eggs and cheese. Without fail, that is always delicious. Recently, after seeing a coworker with one, I decided to branch out of the breakfast menu and try a Reuben. It was messy but luckily I was firmly seated at my job, which is in the same lot. The sangwich (as Dane Cook would call it) was pretty good, despite the fact that they use cole sale instead of sauerkraut. I’m not sure if they have the option for sauerkraut or not, but if they don’t and yer looking for a traditional Reuben, here is not the place for you. Overall, however, THB is highly recommended.
Felt Like an Intruder!. Went to this store for a late lunch at 4 p.m. on Monday the 13th of January. They close at 5 p.m. Evidently the employees like to leave at 5 sharp because the entire staff was engaged in wet-mopping the floors, wiping tables, cleaning the grill, upholstery, etc. Watching 6-7 people wet-mopping floors and spraying tables does not create an appetizing dining ambiance. When I left at 4:30 one employee was standing at the edge of my section (the last to be mopped) watching me with mop in his hand and bucket at his feet. I felt like an imposition rather than a diner. I rushed out carrying my drink and will never go back!
Always Hot and Fresh Bagels. The BEST bagels in town!! Easier parking than in Towson. Sandwiches and soups are all great. White Pizza Bagel is nicely melted and seasoned on your choice of bagel. The Show-off chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches – chicken is moist and sandwich makes a full meal! Basically great meal for the money!
