Great Luncheon Party!. Our experience at 7 West was top notch! You & the staff did not miss a beat! The servers were friendly, attentive, and fast. As far as the venue it was set up very nice. I would say overall it was a really great experience where everyone was really able to enjoy themselves! Thank you so much short notice and for making this going away party happen.
Always Great Food!. This place is the best. My entire family is hooked on their food…The manager Boyko is very friendly , helpful & really easy to work with. I had my Mom’s 60th catered by them & it was hit! I will definitely be using them again!
Don’t waste your time!!!. I am a server/bartender and I am willing to cut some slack..However this establishment was horrible from the lack of attention from the bar staff who did not acknowledge my presence to the point I had to ask for a menu and drink right down to the manager who refused to remove any item from a friend’s bill that she did not like. Management never offered to remake or ask if she wanted anything else. I will never patronize their establishment again.
One of my favorites!. I’ve been a regular customer of 7 West for 2+ years. The drink menu is always good, with unique cocktails on their happy hour menu. Bartender Erin is my favorite. She is friendly, professional, and brilliant at suggesting cocktails/drinks if you’re not quite sure what you want to try. I’ve also been to 7 West for dinner, and the seafood (Mediterranean Tilapia, Crabcakes, Shrimp) is delicious. They also do a great standard bar menu, including mainstays such as mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, etc. In addition to great food, the service at 7 West is fantastic, whether you go to sit at the bar for happy hour or whether you enjoy a sit down dinner in an elegant setting. Recently I had a party at 7 West, with a few guests and reserved seating around the bar. The manager Boyko made sure that my special night went perfectly, double checking with me leading up to the event to ensure that everything was in place and to make sure that I had what I needed for a good time. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!
My husband and i hosted a reception for our daughter’s baptism this past weekend at 7 west for 130 guests. we were so pleased with everything !! 7 west had the best food, a beautiful atmosphere, an attentive wait staff and gave attention to the smallest details in order to make our event so special. the managers are great to work with, professional, eager to please, and catered to our wishes. we were completely satisfied with our great service and we recommend 7 west for celebrating with family and friends. we look forward to returning again !! thank you 7 west for making our event so wonderful :))))))
Food was meh, Service the worst!. Mid afternoon, not very crowded, and they still managed to mess up our order. We couldn’t figure out if our waitress wanted us to order or not – she didn’t come to our table very often, and when she did it was to tell us that separate checks would be REALLY HARD. When we went through a shift change midway through the meal, the service improved somewhat, but by then the order had been totally screwed up, with most of our party (including the guest of honor) NEVER getting their appetizer. Never going back again.
Lousy Service. I ate here with my family this weekend before the Towson football game. We had a reservation and the place was mostly empty but the service was the worst I’ve experienced in a sit down restaurant in years. The waitress had no personality and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. The order for appetizers wasn’t taken until 35 mins. AFTER we got our drinks. Bread baskets were never refilled. My family ordered four appetizers that were never made. When the others began getting their meals, we told the waitress not to worry about our appetizers but to please verify our meals had been ordered. She came back and told us the manager said it was ok to take the appetizers off our order. Really? You failed to cook or deliver the appetizers and we surely didn’t eat them but you’ll do us the favor of not charging us? Unbelievable! I at least expected an apology of some sort. The food was ok and the portions were decent, but we’ll never eat there again because of the awful service.
